Exodus Chapter 36

1. The People’s Generosity
– The people bring more than enough materials for the construction of the tabernacle, so Moses has to tell them to stop bringing offerings.
– The skilled workers are ready to begin the work.

2. The Tabernacle Construction
– Bezalel, Oholiab, and all the skilled workers begin constructing the tabernacle according to the Lord’s instructions.
– They make the ten curtains of fine twisted linen, blue, purple, and scarlet yarns, with cherubim skillfully worked into them.
– They make the 11 curtains of goats’ hair to serve as a tent over the tabernacle.
– They make the frames of acacia wood for the tabernacle.
– They make the inner veil of blue, purple, and scarlet yarns and fine twined linen, with cherubim skillfully worked into it.
– They make the outer veil of blue, purple, and scarlet yarns and fine twined linen.

3. The Completion of the Work
– The skilled workers complete all the work for the construction of the tabernacle.
– They bring everything they have made to Moses, who inspects it and blesses the people for their generosity and skill.

4. The Setting Up of the Tabernacle
– Moses sets up the tabernacle, arranges the furnishings, and anoints and consecrates everything.
– The cloud of the Lord covers the tabernacle, and the glory of the Lord fills it.
