The Plauge Sent To Egypt Part 2
4. The Plague on Livestock:
– God strikes the livestock of the Egyptians, killing all their animals, but the Israelites’ livestock are unharmed.
– Yet, Pharaoh’s heart remains hardened, and he still refuses to let the people go.
5. The Plague of Boils:
– God instructs Moses and Aaron to throw soot into the air, causing boils to break out on the Egyptians and their animals.
– Again, Pharaoh’s heart is hardened, and he refuses to listen to Moses and Aaron.
These plagues demonstrate God’s power over the Egyptian gods and Pharaoh’s stubborn refusal to acknowledge the Lord’s sovereignty. Each plague intensifies the pressure on Pharaoh to let the Israelites go, setting the stage for the final, most devastating plague.
